livefromtheborder: Would chimichangas be included? I kind of agree with this idea and I also laugh at it. Rather, I laugh at UNESCO. Mexican cuisine is definitely one of the finest cultural traditions in the world, but I hope no one needs UNESCO’s endorsement to recognize that.
